Aberdeen offers a private Country Club experience with a myriad of social and sports offerings for all membership categories. Aberdeen Golf & Country Club is a mandatory membership community. All new residents are required to become Club Members. There are both equity and non-equity membership options available. Aberdeen offers golf, tennis and social membership categories. With the appropriate equity level, members may choose which membership category best fits their desired lifestyle.
MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES
All membership categories entitle members to the have full use of the:
Clubhouse, Panache Dining Room, Sunset Lounge (SSL), Three resort style pools with jacuzzi, Fitness Center, Card Rooms, Pickleball, Bocce, Clubs and Activities, Aerobics Classes.
Golf: The Golf Membership category requires a Class A equity and includes golf, tennis, and social privileges. All greens and tennis court fees are included in the dues for this category. There are several golf cart programs that allow the member to choose the best one to meet their needs. A golf member may request a tee/court time up to fourteen days in advance of the day they wish to play. Tee/court times are assigned by lottery four days in advance of play.
Tennis: The Tennis Membership category requires a Class B or greater equity and includes tennis and social privileges. All tennis court fees are included in the dues for this category. A tennis member may request a court time up to fourteen days in advance of the day they wish to play. Court times are assigned by lottery three days in advance of play. A Tennis member has access to the golf course after 12:30 p.m., up to two times a month. There is no carryover of unused rounds from one month to another. Tennis members are charged the applicable cart and greens fees on the day of play.
Social Memberships: Aberdeen offers two categories of social membership. One with a Class C or greater equity and one with no equity. Club Equity grants the member the right to serve on the Board, participate in committees and to vote in Club elections. A Social member has access to the golf course after 12:30 p.m., up to two times a month. There is no carryover of unused rounds from one month to another. Social members are charged the applicable cart and greens fees on the day of play. Members in this category may play tennis after 12:30 p.m. They are charged the applicable court fees on the day of play and there is a one day in advance sign-up.
Non-Resident Golf Memberships: All nonresident golf memberships include golf, tennis, and social privileges. All golf greens, cart fees or tennis court fees are included in the membership dues. Nonresident members may enter a request for a tee/court time up to fourteen days in advance of the day they wish to play. The lottery for Full Sports Non-resident Members is conducted three days in advance of the day of play and the lottery for Limited Play Non-Resident Members is conducted two days in advance of the day of play.
Lessee’s Club Amenity Program: This program enables the Lessees of homes in Aberdeen to avail themselves of the Club’s memberships and amenities. Persons leasing a members’ residence may assume the privileges of the members’ membership category. If the lessee wishes a higher membership category than that of the member, they may purchase an upgrade. Persons leasing the residence of an approved Aberdeen resident-nonmember may purchase a Social, Tennis or Golf membership for the time of the lease.

Equities, Joining, Initiation and Membership Application Fees
Aberdeen Golf & Country Club is a community (mandatory) membership club for residents only.
There are a limited number of non-resident memberships available.
There are levels of membership each requiring different equity levels to achieve that membership category. Class B and Class C Memberships requires a $3,000 initiation fee. ALL classes require a non-refundable Membership Application Fee of $22,500. In addition, there is an equity or initiation fee that is required as follows:
Class A Full Equity Membership $20,000 (equity)
Class B Tennis Membership $10,000 (equity)
Class C Social Membership $7,500 (equity)
Class D Social Membership (non-voting) $6,500 (initiation fee - non-refundable)
All Initiation and Membership Application Fees are due and payable in full at time of the initial election.
Upon the sale of their property, Members may receive the equity portion paid by the purchaser up to one hundred percent 100 % of the amount of the member’s paid-in equity.
In accordance with the Club’s By-laws, Equities, Joining Fees, Initiation Fees and Membership Application Fees may be adjusted periodically at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
If a Class D Non-Voting/Non-Equity Social member elects to upgrade to an Equity class, any previous payment of an Initiation fee or Membership Application fee will not be applied to the Equity purchase.
If an Equity member elects to upgrade to a higher Equity class, any previous payment of an Initiation fee or Membership Application fee will not be applied to the Equity purchase.
